Ride Policies & Terms

At The Rideshare Life, my goal is to provide safe, reliable and enjoyable transportation with a personal touch. These policies help set clear expectations so every ride is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

1. Scheduled Ride Policy
All rides must be scheduled in advance. Ride requests are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from The Rideshare Life.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours: No fee
- 2-24 hours:50% of the fare
- Less than 2 hours: 100% of the fare
- No-shows may be charged 100% of the fare
3. Wait Time Policy
Airport pickups include a complimentary grace period after landing:
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes from landing
- Non-airport pickups: 10 minutes
Additional wait time may incur additional charges.
4. Cleaning & Damages Policy
Riders are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including spills, stains, smoke odors, pet-related damage, excessive messes, or physical damage. Cleaning or repair fees may be charged based on the severity.
5. Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice. Owners are responsible for controlling pets during transportation and for any cleaning or damage caused by pets.
6. Passenger Conduct
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following apply:
- No illegal substances
- No smoking or vaping
- No open alcohol
- Respectful behavior
- Seatbelts are required
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in ride termination without refund.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of the ride unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- Invoices are available for business travel.
- Gratuity is always appreciated, but never required.
8. Liability Limitation
The Rideshare Life is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airline schedule changes, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
Riders assume responsibility for their personal belongings and decisions during the ride.
9. Lost Items
Please double-check for your personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.
While reasonable efforts will be made to return lost items, The Rideshare Life is not responsible for items left behind.
10. Agreement
By bookin ga ride with The Rideshare Life, you agree to these policies and terms.
Policies may be updated from time to time.
